Purchased new rocker panels for my car here which saved a Great deal of money and time compared to ordering from rockauto, Amazon and even ebay. I would highly recommend you price parts here before going anywhere else, chances are they got em beat Great service and prices for replacement body parts and other auto parts.

Stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the girl continued to answer the phones over helping me. Prices was ok but I'll order online and have it mailed to me before I actually ever go here again.

Waited in office for some one to take my order. The door has a buzzer and you ring the bell as the sign says on counter nobody came. I can hear a lady in the back of the office talking on the phone assisting others but nobody came to take my order. So.after 10 mins I let went to ford and ordered what I needed. Surprise it's was a few bucks more but my parts are on the way.

As a repair shop owner, we have been consistently let down by the quality of the parts and service after the sale with LKQ. They should do better.

Wasnt trying to give me a receipt for returning a motor core incase they didnt refund my money I wanted proof. I had to argue with the guy I wasnt leaving with either proof I returned it or I was going to have them load the motor back up not recommended
