So far it has been very easy to schedule an appointment and communicate with them. I called and made the appointment last week by phone but then decided to stop by in person to get an idea of how long the repair may take. I was greated by the owner himself and discussed the welding repair we needed done and importance of having this vehicle repaired asap. To my amazement, he offered to work through the weekend and adjust his busy schedule to get our van back in service this coming Monday so that our residents won’t have to miss any of their doctor appointments. Primitive Kustoms!

This is by far the best mechanic i have been to. Such good people to have met and have work on my car. I have 4 kids who i drive around in my car and i trust this mechanic shop 100%. Very nice, helpful and understandable people. I thank them very much. Reccomend this shop to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop.

The bill wasn't itemized to show how I was billed. Excuses were made as to why a simple repair cost me twice as much as it should have. The work itself seemed to be ok, just the billing was outrageous.

Highly recommend these folks! Their service, communications, prices and quality of work are great! Their attention to detail on my vehicle was very noticeable! I also appreciated that you're made to feel welcome and they actually want your business, not some fix and forget chain or dealership.

Multiple cars diagnosed and treated at this facility with precision care and respect. Highly recommended for daily driver care or any upgrades to just about any of favorite vehicles new or loved for many years.
