Honestly, i’ve never been to a better dealership than this! If the rating could go higher i most definitely would rate it higher! Israel Uribe was so patient and kind during the buying process when i purchased my vehicle. Everytime I go for service on my vehicle the shuttle is flexible and Brandy at the front desk is amazing.🥰🥰 Shoutout to Ellen the sweetest, and their shuttle driver he is so kind. 10/10 buy a car with Israel and you won’t be disappointed. Everyone always takes such good care of me here!

I recently bought a 2026 Kia K5 a couple of weeks ago, and my overall experience was a 10/10! I absolutely love the car, and the dealership made the whole process even better. They offered us snacks and drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch. Absolutely terrible experience with Kia of Sooner in Norman, OK. This dealership wasted my time and was dishonest throughout the process. I initially inquired through their website about a blue 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid that was advertised with rebates, as well as a Kia Telluride. From the very beginning, I was completely upfront about my credit situation and clearly stated that if it didn’t work out, that was fine. I had no expectations and just wanted honest communication. I worked with Ian (salesman) and Don Hill (manager). Based on what I was told, I made a 4-hour drive, only to find out they had given me the wrong day and the dealership was closed when I arrived.
