Everyone there was great, nice and willing to work with me. The Salesman Kyle was excellent and had a fantastic attitude. He made me feel very welcome and handled everything with care, which is what you want when making such an important decision. The financier Bosa was amazing as well going over everything with me after the deal was done. He was very thorough with the warranty and explaining to me everything about the new car. I went from a 2007 Kia Spectre to a 2025 Kia Seltos and they made me feel like I was making a great, long, and overdue decision, which I definitely was. I will be coming back here or West Chester for future free PA inspections and Oil Changes. Would recommend Coatesville personally as that’s where my deal was made.

It was an amazing experience, and the staff was very professional and friendly. Mike, the Sales Manager, Darrell, the Sales Representative, and the Finance Manager were all incredibly helpful. The most commendable aspect of this dealership is their no-pressure approach to buying or making decisions. The entire process was seamless, and the overall time spent at the dealership was between 45 to 60 minutes. It was the fastest checkout from a dealership I've experienced, second only to Tesla. I will always prioritize this dealership when considering a car purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the car is also amazing. I am very happy.
