I had an amazing experience at Kia of Round Rock thanks to Mr. Kion. From start to finish, his customer service was truly hospitable and far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I wanted at a very good deal. What really stood out to me was his kindness and patience throughout the process. Mr. Kion didn’t just help me with the purchase—he went the extra mile in so many thoughtful ways. He even bought my mom drinks, personally washed the car multiple times, and made sure the gas tank was filled up before handing it over. Tony was super helpful

I had a very bad experience. I came in to check out a car I really liked and was excited about potentially buying it. However, I waited about 30 minutes and no one approached me to help. I decided to go inside and ask if there was someone who could assist me in Spanish, since I feel more comfortable communicating that way. There were four women and one man at the front. When I asked, they reacted with uncomfortable looks, as if I had said something inappropriate. The man told me he speaks Spanish but was busy with another customer, then asked what I needed. At that point, because of the way I was treated and the overall attitude, I decided to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience to feel discriminated against simply for wanting to speak Spanish.
