Kia Service & Tire Center

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Randy was the advisor we dealt with. He was very courteous, professional and patient. We were told the service would take 1-2hr. The waiting room was very comfortable and had TV screens, WiFi, bottles of water and free coffee for customers waiting. Unfortunately it actually took a full 3 hrs before we were able to to have our car back. Can’t help but wonder how much longer it would have taken if we had gone in for something less “routine”.

We've been in a few times to this service dept and they've always been very helpful and friendly. They've provided great quality service with both warranty and non warranty issues. Definitely would recommend!

I came in because of a low tire pressure lights. I must say it was the best experience I had at any dealership. Super knowledgeable, courteous, and willing and willing to help.

The incompetence here is unreal. You make an appointment for 9am and are told it will take 1-2 hours. At 2pm when you come in it still takes 20 minutes for someone to bother doing their work and getting you your car. Unbelievable! And make sure if you come in for recall work to expressly state that you don't want anything else done. Otherwise they'll present you with a nice bill! (Also, my other review disappeared lol)

Kia Mitsubishi Dealer on Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach sent me a "lottery event" ticket by mail, showing that I won a prize. They included a phone number and a confirmation number. I called, gave them the confirmation code, and was told I was a winner. Shortly after, someone from the dealership called me directly, confirming again that I had won and explaining how to come claim my prize. They even said I could use the prize as a down payment for a car or take the cash. When I arrived at the dealership, the first thing they asked was what car I was currently driving and if I wanted to sell it. After I told them no, suddenly they changed their story and said I hadn’t won anything. This is 100% misleading and a complete waste of time. They clearly use this trick to get people into the d
