My family can’t thank Craig enough for our beautiful car! We drove from Kona to Hilo and it was so worth it. We just took the car for an oil change and the mechanic mentioned the car was so well maintained over the years! He actually couldn’t believe it. No issues with the used car and new tires on it. Worked with us even with not so good credit. Absolutely would recommend!

I highly highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle! Amazing customer service, fast and easy process, and I absolutely LOVE my new car! Delvin is awesome, I called him about a vehicle I was interested in after I looked at their website and he helped immediately. I put in my application online, and he did everything to make sure I got approved. I don’t have the best credit because I’m only 23 and COVID hit me hard in 2020, so I was skeptical if I would even be approved. They did everything in their power for me to get approved, and even got me into a nicer and newer car than I originally was interested in! Highly recommend them! Ask for Delvin he’s amazing! Went in with a certain budget in mind, and wanting to look at two certain cars. Delvin took our budget into consideration and recommended a different car that had less mileage and would be a lot more reliable. We were stuck between two choices. Test drove delvins recommendation and instantly fell in love, didn’t even bother test driving the one we were originally interested in. He handled all the phone calls to our bank and not even 24 hours later we were driving our car home. He even got us an amazing deal on insurance coverage for our new car AND our current car. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Craig has to be the most honest person in the car business, taking the time to tell me every weakness of each car I looked at. No pressure at all, nothing but pure Aloha spirit. I ended up taking a very nice car at a great price. As a new resident of Hawaii - I had no worries - Craig took care of all the paperwork and made everything seem simple. I don't think I'll ever buy a car from anywhere else on the Big Island. Kilauea Motors doesn't seem to get enough love... I got GREAT deals on solid rides (Tacoma, Frontier, and a Pilot) from this place! They let you bring in your mechanic, too, to inspect the vehicle before you purchase (which you should do when you buy a used car). They're very transparent, too, if you want to know what work they've done on the car. Bad credit, tight budget-- these guys are ready to make a deal if you are! Much mahalos to Sergio and Craig for working to put me and my family in a good car. ❤️ I'll be back on my next buy! A hui hou!
