They are the best! Most importantly, they are honest and not trying to rip you off. Very pleasant staff. I feel comfortable taking my car to them. I am 💯 confident that they will never remove anything from the car or damage it in anyway. The most honest staff that you may ever come across. Be good to them. Give a tip if you have it. They will never ask for a tip and will give you the same service regardless if you gave a tip or not. We love love love them! They are our harlem family. I move to scarsdale and I come all the way there to get my car serviced.

Very Honest, It made me want to cry several times, It's not an act if its something simple they fix it and don't charge you im not the only one they did that for. This is the only mechanic shop that figured it out they don't want to make a lot on every job they rather keep your business and win off of you referring ppl and you keep coming back. Smart, if you can find one shop in Nyc thats this honest ill cut my hand off .you cant find it other shops will be nice 1st time then torture you on the next visit. Please don't go no where else remember every dollar saved is profit....

My daughter was driving back to school upstate and her car died on the Harlem river drive. Was able to get off the Highway and towed to Kim’s. I was on my way out of town and doubled back to met her there. These folks could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Looked at the car right away and got her back on the road. Many thanks to them!
