I was told I needed brakes and was given an 800$ quote so I decided to get a second opinion and dropped by Kim’s automotive. Efren walked me thru the inspection and showed me I still had 70 percent of my pads left instead of taking the work he was very honest and I will be returning to him for all my automotive needs. I took my car in yesterday at noon to have it checked. I called at 3 PM to see if they had time yet. After crickets I called at 4:45 PM since they closed at 5 PM and was told they could not find the part. After hanging up, I looked on the Internet, found the model number and found the part that would be overnighted to me. Since it was after 5 PM, I left a voicemail letting them know that I found the part it would be overnighted and I would bring it into them to install, I also emailed this to them. Since I still never heard anything, I drove there today and they stated their voicemail doesn’t work and neither did their email. I asked them for a ballpark figure to switch the bad part, I was given a quote that was double what it should be (according to the repair shop I luckily found). Need

My front axle broke and I needed it fixed right away. I called around for quotes and Kim's Automotive had the best price and great reviews. Efren, the owner, fixed my axle, explained clearly what was done and what else needed to be done in the future. He provided great customer service, and seemed honest & trustworthy. I will definitely start going to Kim's from now on.

I came here based off a neighbor recommendation and partly due to get a second opinion. Highly personal and friendly Efren welcomed me in the same day as a walk in and took a look at the vehicle right away. Check engine light came on went to another shop that wanted to charge me 2 grand for the fix and was told by them there's no other way. Came here and Efren fixed the issue in 2 days mostly due to needing to order a part from the dealer. Throughout the whole transaction and diagnosis Efren was 100% transparent and let me know exactly which part and what was being done to the vehicle and he explained everything in common terms.
