Kim's Car Care

Multiple issues that I will be addressing all from here. I wouldn’t take anything to this man. From the start I told Kim that I wanted the inside of my vehicle detailed and not the outside. I was told it would be $150-200. When I picked my vehicle up he wanted $300. when I questioned him, he just started stating that it was always going to be $300. I went and inspected the vehicle and he had cleaned the outside and all even though I specifically asked that just the inside be done. I told him that I shouldn’t be responsible for work that i did not ask for. He states that it cannot be undone so I needed to pay for it. An employee of his and I walk to my vehicle to inspect before I pay and I open one door and look inside and without me even saying any thing his employee looks at me and says “

If you are looking for a place to clean your car, let me tell you that this place is definitely not it. They charged me $150 and they only cleaned the seats, the trunk and the drawers were just as dirty. And not to mention they left scratches on my car.

I was recommended this place by a lot of people. My impression was they didn't really care to have my business. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening with a Friday evening pick up. I got it back Saturday evening which caused a ton of problems but I get it. From what I could tell it only took about an hour and they just kept pushing mine back for some reason and they charged $150. I don't really mind since it was pretty dirty on the outside but I had someone else tell me they rushed it and could have done way better for that price. Anyways 1 star because they broke my back door, won't open now. Not even going to bother fighting to get them to fix it cuz I highly doubt they would.

Absolutely RUDE I just called to get pricing for my car and the guy who answered had the most ugliest attitude and would not even answer my question I expanded I just needed my car washed and light detailing on the inside like my leather seats dashboard and a vacuuming on my carpet and I preceded to to tell him I was just calling to get some quotes on the price’s, but he kept interrupting as I was talking saying I don’t care who you talk to I’m a professional I’m not gonna say nothing over the phone you can bring and I will probably give you a price but even then It’s going to be 2 or 3 days before I can even get to you !!!!!!!! so ya just RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love it employees are courteous and professional. You couldn't get a better vehicle detail performed anywhere. Kim's pricing is reasonable.
