Thought our outback touchscreen was cooked and only option was a $1,500.00 dealer replacement that would have the same ghost touch problem in a few years. So grateful that Kinetic vehicles installed a superior product and made our car functional again at a fraction of that price. I experienced the classic Subaru delamination problem (I have a 2018 outback). Overall the process was straightforward and an absolutely amazing alternative to Subaru’s option ($1500 for a new radio). As someone who is not technically inclined, I found a few things challenging with the radio removal but using plastic pry tools and a socket wrench proved helpful. After removal, shipping it off and getting it back was super fast and reconnecting/inserting was seamless. I'm glad I chose this route and I highly recommend this service, Ryan is super responsive and helpful.

His work is outstanding! The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and when I got my screen back it looked and worked like brand new. He saved me over $1,000 compared to what Subaru wanted to charge. I highly recommend his service to anyone who needs their Subaru touchscreen repaired.

Excellent product and support. Got a new head unit screen for my 2018 Outback. It is better than the OEM one so shouldn't delaminate again. I have moderate repair skills but was able to replace this on my own in less than 3 hours thx to the vehicle-specific informative videos posted by Kinetic. 100% recommend.

I wish I knew about these guys when my car first had problems. I thought Subarubwould make good and fix this. Nope! They wanted ten times what Kinetic Vehicles charged. I had a fully functioning radio in a week. Best Buy wanted about a thousand bucks to install a scrappy after market Sony that didn't fit right and they couldn't get the right wiring harness for. KV did it all (parts, labor, shipping) with less than 400. Seriously, I wish I did this sooner. I have the native radio and it works. I had forgotten what my radio does! I have to get used to a working unit again! Edit: my husband would like credit for popping the vents off, pulling the screen, unscrewing the screen, and shipping it USPS to Kinetic Vehicles. So, Kinetic Vehicles did most of the work, and hubby did a solid half hour
