The people here are nice and the place is clean, which I appreciate. However, I had two drive tires replaced on my truck, and it took over 3 hours — which is way too long for that kind of job. I expected quicker service, especially for something routine. Overall, decent place, but time management needs improvement.

BUYER BEWARE: I don't recommend Kings in Beckley because they broke a part to my car, then tried to charge me for it on top of that lied about using the impact then told me to leave because I wasn't happy about it. I have the old key and a picture of it and its chewed up really bad. The key had never been used before because the car is brand new and the tires had never been changed or removed before. I would caution anyone who needs tires to think twice about this place. Had my husband not taken notice to how bad they messed the key up, I would have been out extra money because of their mistake. Specifics: Kings in Beckley used an impact gun to remove the lug nut that required a key. The key itself then stripped and this business tried to charge me for replacing the lug nuts that required

Fast and friendly service every time I go there

Please update the hours of operation on your website and search results. We dropped our vehicle in your parking lot at 1am hoping to have our tire repaired first thing on Saturday morning, when, according to your website you opened at 8am, only to find you're actually closed on Saturday's. To make matters worse, members of your staff arrived while my husband was changing out the tire with the spare and no one even bothered to speak to us. Please update your website hours from 8-2pm on Saturday's to CLOSED so others don't experience this same dilemma.

Delivered some giant tires here and found out there was a mix up in paperwork from the tire manufacturer, the staff here was above and beyond and helped me with getting the delivery done with no issues,they were very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a good experience and wouldn't mind returning.
