King Towing

Terrible experience! This company is literally hunting drivers! I parked near Newport Mall for just 3–4 minutes to pick up a delivery order. When I came back, my car was already gone. It’s clear they just sit and wait for someone to leave their vehicle for even a moment, then immediately tow it away without a word. This isn’t about maintaining order — it’s a trap for unsuspecting people. I admit I parked in a hurry and not in the best spot, but their actions were excessive and inhumane. No warning, no chance to explain — just a tow and a fine. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Be careful — they work fast, silently, and seem to enjoy making people’s lives harder.

Called AAA for help getting my car unstuck from the snow. Rhesa truly went above and beyond getting me back on the road. Very friendly and polite service.

The tow drivers do not have any concern for public safety. While at Newport Mall, there was a tow truck constantly swerving around cars looking for their next victim. While disregarding safety, the driver almost hits a pedestrian crossing the street to enter the mall. They were also blatantly break checking drivers that honk because of how they are driving. Stay far far away from this company for the sake of your car and safety.

Thieving company. Towed my car and gave me a rate and then charged my credit card triple. Took them to court and won and they still didn’t return my money. Never ever use these people. I believe they are Italian and they tell you basically that they don’t care. Run while you can.

If you have a driver named Bradley, CANCEL THE TOW. Waited two hours for this man to come and AAA is wondering what did he do with the information on where to pick me up and drop me off. Once he arrived he said I’m not moving your vehicle until the cops come and close off the Highway 139 E, due to the delay truck driver caused two more accidents and the cops yelled at him for it. Once he got the vehicle dropped it off at the location AAA Automated Machine forced me to go to even though it’s closed, he made me drive the car off the belt because he wants to talk to whoever he was talking to on the phone. Filed a complaint to AAA about his performance and because he was the only tow driver available for overnight he decided he will not come back and help me at all. AAA states they will speak
