Please DO NOT let these guys touch your vehicle. 2 weeks ago I had a small whining noise from my Journey. It still drove perfectly. I just wanted to know what the whining noise was. I found Kings Auto on Google and saw good reviews so I called them. They repaired a hose and oil for $100 but it didn’t fix the problem. A week later, they returned and changed a belt and the alternator. That was another $700. 17 blocks after driving it, the whole car died. They came to look at it on a Saturday and said they’d be right back. Then they called an hour later and said they’d be back 9am Monday instead. Monday they didn’t come or even answer.
