Awesome technician and manager was awesome. Had bad steer tire and spare was mediocre. They hooked me up with better spare and got me on road again with just mount and swap charge. Super cool folks all the way around. Definitely customer friendly and would bring any business i do their way.

The people were amazing and they did exactly what they said they would. Our vehicle was a cargo van and needed specialty help. They said it was first come first serve. We got in and it was a giant relief. They worked on it and were upfront. They didn't guess what was wrong, they investigated it, they communicated it, and then they fixed it. This was the easiest experience I have ever had and it felt like a miracle. They were my heroes today.

Dropped by to get a tire and got the cold shoulder instead. Guess they have enough business. Not friendly. Not helpful. Completely ignored to start. Should have taken the hint.

18 wheeler hauling freight to PA and noticed a steer tire was shot and could blow. King's Tire Service not only got us in and back on the road quickly but were VERY friendly and helpful. Above and beyond tech and manager. Highly recommend this place

Last week I picked up a nail in one of the tires on the Airstream outside of Bristol, VA. I first went to Discount Tire. Full parking lot, three people in line and a full waiting area. I didn’t even wait. I headed over to King’s tire service. They got right on it. I had the tire ready for them to work on and while they were working on it I put the Airstream on a ramp so they wouldn’t have to jack it. I went in to pay and asked how much. He asked where I was traveling. I explained that I was in the way home from Wash , DC with my son, his wife and their dog who were moving to the US after 7 years in India. He said “no charge”. I said “That’s not right”. He said I could tip the guy fixing the flat.
