CarMax recommended this location for oil change & tire rotation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the gentlemen in the lobby. Morgan got me checked in and went over everything I wanted to have done and advised me of today’s specials. Super helpful and friendly to me and everyone else who came in. The lobby is clean and comfortable if you need to wait while the work is done. Work is done well and efficiently. This may just be my new go-to place. Would recommend.

These fellas were so amazing! Honest, quick, kind. They treated me like their family from the second they answered my phone call. The prices are better than anything else I heard from. I’ll always call Morgan and Jarrod when my car needs to be handled.

Georgia, Morgan and the technician “Papaw” Tim - all 3 of them made our experience more than 5 stars! We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from everyone in the lobby. My truck was able to be seen same day and fixed within 30 minutes! I couldn’t ask for better service from the technician and the front desk!

I have taken both of my vehicles to Kingsport Tire and I love the service. Special thanks to Georgia and Morgan. I was treated great and they explained everything so I could understand and feel confident. I also had to have a car towed to their shop and I used Nationwide Warranty that they use at the shop. Nationwide Warranty was great and kept in touch with me to make sure the process went smooth and it did. I am a permanent customer!
