Kinnessys Auto Repair and Auto Collision.

I had a very disappointing experience at Kinnessys shop. I brought in my Mercedes for a door lock issue, and after keeping my car for 24 hours, they were still unable to diagnose the problem. I was told the part I provided was not correct, but when I took the same part to another shop, they were able to repair it without any issue. On top of that, my driver's side window, which worked fine before, was damaged during their work and now struggles to go up and down. This shows a serious lack of care and knowledge when handling German vehicles. While their prices may seem attractive, the quality of work is not there. I would caution anyone with a German car to avoid this shop, you risk leaving with more problems than you came in with!

Brought my 2020 Mercedes GLC for first “A” service after being referred by a colleague to use Kinnessys Auto for all my auto needs. Edgar was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me avoid many overpriced dealership fees and provided amazing service. The care presented by staff was nothing short of exceptional, I will be keeping this as my shop for all my vehicles. If you are looking for a honest, fair priced auto shop look no further! Stop paying overpriced dealership labor fees and bring your car here! I never post reviews but after coming in today I just had to post my thoughts! Thank you to the staff at Kinnessys Auto!!!

Edgar’d and the team at Kinnessys are absolute legends. Super honest, reliable, and just solid mechanics all around. They don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need, and they always get the job done right and on time. They also take the time to explain everything. I’ve brought a few different cars here now and they’ve never let me down. Super nice guys too. If you’re looking for a place you can actually trust, this is it.

Excellent service! If you ever have an emergency, Edgar'd will be there for you... Back in May, after 8 months with AAA's defective battery, (which had issues from day 1 and 100% failed during COVID shutdown) i found myself with a battery that couldn't hold charge for a full 24 hours, and places to go that day. Rather than waiting and waiting (and waiting) for AAA, I just grabbed a cart and headed over to the shop, which is only a mile away. When I walked in, Edgar'd took a break from lunch, and within minutes I had a top-of-the-line battery to replace this one and even a ride home from one of the guys to save time... 5 ⭐'s!

Edgar is awesome! I know very little about cars so I’m always skeptical about choosing the right person to work on mine. Edgar is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I will be using him for my future car needs!
