John is a pro. Had a wheel bearing in my Tahoe go bad while on vacation. John promptly returned my call a let me know he was booked but could squeeze us in since it was an emergency. Had it fixed really fast. Super happy
Make sure to triple confirm your appointment before going. I drove 20 minutes for an appointment I confirmed for a Saturday. I work during the week and can only take my cars in for service on the weekend. I was excited because I didn’t have to drive to Ashland. My appointment was for the following Saturday at 9am and placed it on my calendar right after the call. I go there, and he says there is no appointment and there couldn’t be on a Saturday. Was also slightly rude. Now I know I’ll just have to go to Ashland for weekend service. Just an FYI.
John has been my mechanic for years. Excellence work. Trustworthy.
