Kirby Collision Center

I got in a collision and the back of the car needed to be fully replaced. I just got my car back and everything looks amazing! I appreciate everyone that worked on the car and for it looking brand new again, thank you so much!

On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. Sales Consultant Trevor Payne was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. The service we received from Finance Manager David Kim was outstanding as well and made dealing with all the paperwork effortless. It is such a cliche to say that a business treats you like family, but honestly the staff at Kirby Kia of Ventura really do just that. I have never felt like just another customer. This is the fourth car I have purchased from Kirby Kia. They really make it nearly impossible for me to consider taking my business anywhere else.

We needed some front bumper repairs. From the initial estimate to the final result we found the service to be excellent. Repairs were completed much quicker than expected and the car looked beautiful! Thank you!

I took my truck in for some paint damage and a bumper repair. Everything went ok until I picked up my truck and discovered they had broken my door locking mechanism. The service rep Mike offered to have me take it to the dealer to have it fixed, which was great. but they left me stranded without a vehicle and no ETA on the when I would get my truck back, the dealership won't give me any info since I am not the one paying for the repair. Kirby Collision is not answering their phone now and I have no way to get home or to work now. I would definitely look somewhere else for repairs, apparently customer service and doing quality repairs isn't a high priority to Kirby Collision.

I am so happy I decided to take my car to Kirby to get fixed! The entire staff is awesome, friendly and funny! They got my car done quickly and it looks flawless. They even cleaned my car inside and out when it was done. I highly recommend Kirby Collision Center, they will take of you.
