I ordered a mirror assembly for my vehicle in gloss black. My ordered was shipped timely and well packaged. However, the part received was not gloss black but body color. The website claims stellar customer service and a correct part guarantee. I emailed and provided a picture of the order showing gloss black and a picture of the part. I asked how it could be corrected. I received an email back very quickly. It had no hello. No thank you for contacting us, thank you for your order. No signature. Just a snide comment telling me the part needs to be painted. I replied back that i ordered gloss black and it is a standard part that does not get painted. The body color option- a different part would be the one painted. At it is a mirror assembly it is only one piece incorrect so I asked for
