Kirk's Auto is absolutely wonderful. Melissa is always very friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. Every interaction I have had with Kirks has felt fair and honest.

I cannot recommend Kirk’s auto enough! After having taken my truck to another shop..I felt like that shop was being deceitful. And to no one’s shock, they were! Aaron took the time to look over my truck to make sure what I was being told needed to be replaced, in fact did not. What I actually did need replacing he explained in detail (I could understand) and even explained why he recommended a different part being used so my truck lasted longer! Aaron, you’ll never know what your truthfulness meant. People are tired of being lied to by shops..I can tell yall would never do that! And it’s SO appreciated! I’ll recommend you to everyone I know!

I had an excellent experience at Kirk's. The personnel is knowledgeable and professional. I had rear brakes, a valve cover, and a tie rod repaired/ replaced. My vehicle now runs great. I will be coming back to Kirk's for any future repairs.

Good communication. Good amount of detail in report/estimate. Easy to understand what is being quoted. Prices seem reasonable. Honest about "must-fix" issues vs. "it can wait" issues. Having everything tracked online is nice. Work was completed quickly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
