Excellent service! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Affordable prices. Quick turnaround. I recently called for roadside assistance when my car wouldn't start, due to severe cold. The tow truck driver showed up in less than half an hour, resolved the issue for me, and gave me some useful recommendations for preventing an issue with my battery going forward. I also came here when I had to get my inspection done to register my vehicle. I made an appointment, the work was done in about twenty minutes, and the staff took time to air my tires and give the engine a cursory look, which resolved an engine light for me. These are top-notch local folks. If you need any sort of car service, or roadside assistance in the Kirksville area, this is who you call.

Do not use this shop. Went in to have them look over my car and tell me what needs to be fixed. Paid $40 for some guy to hook a code reader up, which O'Reillys does for free, and come back to tell me a sensor way in the baxk of the engine needs replaced. Quoted around $700 for them to replace it. Thankfully I got a second opinion. If the "tech" had actually popped my hood to look at the engine he would seen a hole in a $15 plastic tube that needed replaced which was throwing off the sensor. Just plain lazy work and way over priced.

I had two cars here one was unable to be fixed and will never be fixed so they say the part they bought they say was no good and the company they purchased from was giving them a terrible time they claim…. In this picture notice the missing wheel that wheel was supposedly fixed for $1400 that wheel almost cost me my life I fully blame Kirksville auto for inexperienced mechanics and low quality work ethics and terrible customer communication

If you need help being pulled out when you’re stuck in mud find someone else!! My insurance company submitted the request at 4pm today, we waited and finally called at 4:59 to just see how much longer as it was cold, windy and had three small children with us. He informed us that he hadn’t left yet and was wondering how bad it was and the exact location which I told him it was bad and my front bumper was completely touching the ground and gave him the location. He said it would be 20 minutes. He finally showed up and took a look and said he couldn’t do anything after only being there for 5 minutes. Told us to leave it there until the ground was hard and not wet anymore then give him a call back and he’ll see what he can do. Thankfully my daughter’s best friend’s dad came 25 minutes later.

Called AAA to have car towed. The company that responded was Kirksville Autoworks. They picked the vehicle up from location A and left it running on the truck for the entire tow from point A to Point B. The car had to be towed because it doesn't have a water pump and there is no coolant in the vehicle. When we told him about the issue, the driver said that the vehicle "is under temp." My husband had to point out that since there's no coolant, there is no fluid to actually give an accurate temperature. We have filed a claim with AAA. But don't be surprised if your car needs more work after it gets towed than it did before it got towed. And dont worry.. we did get the car moved from the street where he left it to the driveway... with the help of a neighbor pushing it
