We just broke down on a cross country road trip with 3 children under 5 and got a recommendation to Kirtley. We were back on the road in 3 hours. The guy hoped up on our vehicle and got to work and I knew he wasn’t messing around. They were quick, knowledgeable and straight to the point. The price was more than generous and it felt good to know there are good people left in this world! This experience gave up hope in humanity! I can’t recommend them more!!!

We’ve lived in Sayre for 4 years. I was told by the dodge dealer that my motor mounts were blown, and coincidentally, a couple of days ago, (two weeks later), my car started bouncing around. Called Kirtley and got it set to fix today. John was nice, no nonsense, and extremely knowledgeable. I advised this was my only vehicle, and had every intention of waiting at the shop. John offered to take me home! Then later, he calls and advised the motor mounts are fine, it was the suspension that was the issue. He fixed it, and then brought my car back to me! I absolutely would not expect this level of service every time, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. i was traveling on a nursing contract and i broke down about a mile outside of Sayre. i was towed to Kirtley’s automotive and WOW! they had me in and out within an hour and a half (luckily it was an easy fuel pump fix) they were extremely fast, very kind, and made sure i was safely on my way. i am incredibly thankful for these guys.

We had a radiator hose leak all day long traveling from Arkansas to Colorado. I researched the area and saw everything I needed in the previous reviews. We arrived after closing for the day and stayed in our truckcamper. Chevy 3500 Silverado. Don Kirtley the owner arrived promptly in the morning and quickly assessed our situation. He found the leak in the hose and repaired it. Very nice. Honest and friendly staff. We were on our way in about half an hour! Nothing pretentious here. Just honest skilled help when you need it. If I lived in the area, he would definitely be my hometown mechanic! Thank you Don! Sweet pups too! I enjoyed playing fetch to pass the brief time.
