Driving from out of town, truck needed some work and the awesome gentleman helped get me back on the road 4 hours from home
My wife was driving to Amarillo and the low coolant light came on, the nice folks at NAPA checked it out and filled her coolant (no charge) and she was on her way in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful people here that are helpful when someone is in distress. Thanks to the people that work here.
Discovered a headlight out while on a road trip. A Google search directed me to a quiet little corner of a quiet little town. Folks behind the counter were friendly, helpful and had the headlamp. Having the part would have been enough. Friendly and helpful was a bonus.
Thank you Napa! It is really hard to find top notch service when on the road! I am happy I have teamed up with Napa, I haven't been disappointed with any store I have come across yet! These guys where extremely helpful when I need them.
Good people who try and help as best they can. The owner is a down to earth guy and knows his stuff. Would recommend.
