NOT A MECHANIC. Do not recommend for any service, we took our 2017 Truck to get front and back brakes and rotors replaced on Tuesday. This process only took 2 hours which was already a major red flag, within 24 hours of picking our vehicle up there was a loud knocking noise in the front drivers tire. We have since taken the car back to our regular mechanic and have found the lug nuts were so loose they could be unscrewed with your hands, 5 total were MISSING, and one was broken off completely causing issues with the wheel bearing. They also noted that the front brakes and rotors were NOT just replaced and needed to be done. After spending $1,000 to fix all the issues.
