My recent interaction with this business was highly disappointing. From the outset, the owner’s demeanor was unprofessional, making unfounded and inappropriate remarks after I expressed disinterest in financing a vehicle. Additionally, comments were made that I found out of place in a business setting saying “this is America, it’s how we do things here”. The level of professionalism was far below reasonable expectations, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. It is worth noting that the vehicle I inquired about has been listed for over 130 days, which may speak to similar customer experiences. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant business interactions I have encountered. Would do -5 stars if I could.

I am leaving this review because when looking for a good car dealership we struggled finding recent reviews. We went to look at a truck on Sunday (they were closed) and decided we were very interested and would return the next business day. First thing in the morning we headed to the bank to arrange financing so it would be good to go once we got there. The posted sign said they open at 10am. We arrived 10 minutes after 10 and there was a sign in the window that said they would return in an hour. We were highly interested and didn’t want to make a quick judgement so we decided to wait. We sat in our car until about 1050 and decided to call. Someone answered and we notified him we would like to test drive. He said it would still be another 1.5-2 hours before someone would be there. Had a great encounter with K&J Auto Exchange. Tony was great. The vehicles on the lot were all very nice and professionally detailed -- looked new!

Owner or worker had us waiting for half an hour outside before even acknowledging us.(We even knock at his door)He did not apologize when he greeted us, and he was rude. He needs to work on his customer service , even if he's prices were great I wouldn't buy here.

The person that sold us the truck was friendly and gave us a good deal on a Dodge diesel truck.
