After looking at Klein's social media presence, it was apparent that they're a trusted small business used-car dealership because they sell their vehicles so quickly. The used vehicle I purchased was clean and well maintained by the previous owner. Combined with the fair pricing and Kelly caring about her customers, I highly recommend her business! Kelly was the most amazing car sales woman I have ever encountered! I run a local nonprofit so funds were extremely tight! Nonetheless, she gave me a deal that I am incredibly grateful for! Kelly is amazing. She helped me and my boyfriend get a working truck in good condition. She was friendly and made the buying process easy and less scary for a first time buyer. She worked closely with my bank and got things moving we had our truck within 2 days. Not only is she a wonderful person but she is an awesome person to do business with. Thank you!!!

Kelly worked with me when I didn’t have a lot of cash to offer her due to my expedition being totaled and having to buy with savings and got us into a vehicle that we were able to drive away and haul hay with the next day. She also helped with my two young rambunctious girls and my 2 year old will never forget the cookies and donuts she got them! (She better be careful or everyone will be expecting Krispy Kreme’s with each purchase) Edit to add: She did drop price for me as it sounded like there may be a wheel bearing issue. I’m going to list the problems I’ve had and money I’ve spent on it since purchasing. Not wheel bearings, pinion needed replaced and there was water in the rear differential. $1,600 fix. Brakes - $500 as they had to replace the rotors and there was a brake pad missi
