Breaking down in the middle of a cross country road trip is, obviously, not ideal. Having to rely on an unknown mechanic for the repairs makes it even less so. What an immense relief then to find Brian and his staff at Kleinstadt...they were excellent. Proactive and clear communication, warm and friendly customer service, a very fair price, and work that got me across the country plus another month and a half of daily driving. Highly recommended! Brian gave excellent customer service 👏 He was able to get my car in right away, explained everything that he could do in detail once he looked at the car 🚗 had it up and running in just a few days and then explained everything done to it in detail to my questions. The price was a few hundred dollars less than what I expected and the value for my money 💰 was great 👍 👌 💯 🙌.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place! Brian, the owner, is a very honest buisnman and the few times I've been in there he's upfront and honest and has worked with me. The entire staff is so nice and professional. The receptionist is an absolute sweetheart and answered all my questions! Love this place, and will recommend them to anyone!

They have very great service here for European cars. I had issues with my Jaguar XJR and they were able to get everything fixed fast and most importantly affordable. They have the best price for full synthetic oil changes too ($69.99). Their mechanics are very professional and know how to work on European vehicles very good. I would recommend them to anyone any day. Thanks for the great service!

We took my '83 Monte Carlo after we were recommended by another shop. Brian and his team did a great job on it. They kept us updated on the progress and what was required. They'll be the first ones we call if it needs looked at again.
