If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I was trying to head back to NYC with my 2 kids under 5 and a dog. I went to a few shops but no one could do the work. Greg was a life saver. Not only did he tell me come right in, but did the work right away and had it done same day for 1/3 the price then the other shops . I would recommend them to everyone. The workers are so kind and went above and beyond for fixing my car. The last mechanic I had went to put my new parts on completely wrong and Klingerman shop was able to fix my car with no troubles at all, walked me through the whole process and explained everything so thoroughly since I dont understand cars much. I did not feel I was getting ripped off at all like I feel from most mechanics and I could not recommend them more. Definitely my new mechanic to go to when needed.

I bought a 2016 CX-5 GT from these folks and they were fantastic. No-hassle test drive as soon as I got there, just had the keys in the vehicle waiting for me. They had even run the air conditioner to make sure the car wasn't a million degrees when I got in. Car was clean, inspected, and they had put new tires on it as well. When I finally decided to buy it, they took a few bucks off the top just because I wasn't trading anything in. We just had a kid, and he said "Go get some more diapers with it!" When I took the car home, I noticed there was a vibration in the steering. Turns out three of the four new tires had manufacturing defects that my local Mazda shop discovered. Klingerman Bros went out of their way to contact their tire dealer and arranged for me to get the tires replaced throu
