I have used KMI on many occasions to repair my large sheet metal brakes, the work they do is excellent and they have become my primary source. Their prices are on a par with any of the other services I have used but their quality and customer service is heads an shoulders above the rest. If my breaks aren't bending I am loosing money. The team at KMI keeps my brakes in service and that keeps my business open and out of the red.

I used KMI for the first time today and was very pleasantly surprised. The technician showed up at the time they said he would. The work was done promptly and quickly and he left no mess behind at all. There were no extra or hidden charges, only the charges they outlined when I first called for service. In these days of declining service it is great to find a company still offering great service.

this place charge outrageous fees. $150/hr is the technician rate which is high in general but they charge full tech rate for travel, both ways. first of all you don't charge full tech rate for travel and you don't charge travel both to and from the job. and charging a $50 "gas fee" on top of that is just ridiculous. you want to get robbed? call KMI.
