The owner Matt was incredible. He took the time to call around and get the best price for the part I needed. He gave me time ranges and the best estimate. He was incredibly honest. For a female senior widow, his trustworthiness was a God send. I will definitely take my car back there if I need future body work. Can’t recommend Knapp’s enough. What a nice man!

My daughter was in a collision where the front bumper and headlight assembly was ripped off her car after getting sideswiped. I spoke to Matt and he gave me extremely fair pricing since I was bringing in my own parts that I had found on Facebook marketplace from a matching vehicle. I was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get the car back, but he worked me in and got it back super quick when they had a cancellation! They went out of their way to even remove some pinstriping from the replacement parts so that it matched the rest of the car. They buffed out the replacement headlights so that my daughter would be able to see better and they even Changed out a brake lightbulb for her. Matt is very polite and addresses your needs pertaining to fixing your needed issues without trying to throw in a bunch of extra charges.. He did a really nice job on my 96 Cherokee. It had some rust issues. And he was able to fix them and blend the paint without me. Having to have the whole thing repainted. He also spotted some issues with the substrate mounts.. He addressed it a very reasonable price.I'd recommend this shop off to anybody looking for quality York at a good price and work's done in a reasonable amount of time.. Thanks again

I’ve been going to Knapp’s for over 20 years and I’ve always had good experiences with them. They do excellent work for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone that needs auto body work done to check them out.
