Sean and the entire team at Klaben Ford went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were fully addressed. They took the time to ensure my vehicle was safe and completely free of exhaust fumes, which gave me real peace of mind. We truly appreciate the care, effort, and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process. They made everything simple and stress-free for us. We will definitely be back! Today's review is for the Mobile service team. They came to my apartment and serviced my car in my garage because it was very cold that day in February. The team was very nice and did a great job! Absolutely amazing, Anthony help me out so much. The communication was Outstanding, he kept me very informed about everything that they were gonna do to the car and what was happening. Outstanding customer service the rental car was brought to me at Ford so I didn’t have to go without a car. I would highly recommend.

Anthony was a delight to work with. Since our appt was going to take a while for an oil change, tire rotation and 30,000 mile maintenance inspection he offered us a car so we could get lunch and run a few errands in the area. He kept us informed about how much longer our wait would be and was super efficient.

I recently switched to Klaben after being disappointed with my previous service center. Klaben had exceeded my expectations on each visit and my last was no exception. Mike and Cody found a major issue with my vehicle that would have left me stranded on the highway. They did an excellent job of documenting, communicating, and showing the issue, keeping my confidence high in their services. Cody went the extra mile to wrap up all of the services needed just in time for me to head out for a family medical issue. Thank you Mike and Cody for all of your help and keep up the great work!
