He came out on a Saturday when I needed my truck fast due to moving. Truck problem was fixed and looked like it was fixed back to factory quality. Truck was grinding and wouldn’t fully release to 2wd out of 4wd he changed out the whole system and now it shifts and does great! I highly recommend Jacob for your automotive needs. Very nice guy. Jacob worked on my vehicle until he knew that everything was taken care of and I wasn’t going to end up broken down on the side of the road. He’s very caring and checks everything. I’m so grateful!

I thought he was great at first until he was supposed to keep my car overnight to have it fixed because I needed it to pick my kid up from school. He picked it up at 2pm Thursday. Friday morning after 10 he lied and didn’t even have my car taken apart to fix because when he came at me crossways and I wanted my car back he brought it right to me. Then proceeded to harass me with these text messages. I do not recommend and was going to get him a lot of business but he doesn’t take his job seriously. I’d find somebody who appreciates it more.

Called this guy late last night, he was on the ball. Came very next morning pretty much did a quote and figured up what exactly he needed to fix my oil pan that was leaking. Ended up being the gasket. He finished up the gasket within 2 hours and charged me a good reasonable price. He’s got good work ethic and knows his way around a car even foreign cars. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget, and pressed for time! Thanks!

Jacob is top tier service. Id been working on a garage clear out all week, jacob got 2 days worth of work done in 2 hours. Cannot recommend anyone else in Chatt.
