Absolutely the most fantastic group around. I called them with a problem, they immediately got a tech to me and got the problem sorted out for me. So unbelievably grateful for their top notch service. 10/10 highly recommend!

Their price estimates for parts and labor were spot on, I knew exactly what I was going to pay ahead of time, and they were very communicative. They got my car in very quickly, they had the cheapest price in the valley for what I was needing, and they fixed it very quickly!

Fixed my car issue in 5 minutes max. Left with a free coffee and a fixed car. They didn’t even make me pay since it was such a simple fix. Best auto shop experience I’ve ever had and totally made my day!

My problem: when performing my oil change, Jiffy Lube failed to properly reconnect my under engine cover, resulting in the cover coming loose and dragging as we drove. I was fortunate to find Knik Tire & Auto open on Saturday, and when I called they slotted me in for the same day. The techs identified the issue, did a workaround fix so I could get moving again, and advised me on the permanent repair. Everyone here was so very friendly and competent, and most importantly, got me quickly and safely on the road. The price? More than fair!!! I so much appreciate this business, and wholeheartedly endorse them. They are busy, so I recommend calling ahead to schedule your service.
