This was the most wonderful car purchasing experience in my many years for vehicle purchase! All the staff were HONEST, professional, friendly, patient and went out of their way to assist me! They even drove about 40 minutes to help me drop off a rental car after my purchase. Igor is the best at communicating and explaining everything! Very happy with my car and experience with Knox Auto House! If you hate the usual pressure sell then you will love them too!

Took my staffer to buy her first car here. We had the car looked at ahead of sale by a mechanic and they said it was the cleanest vehicle that they had ever seen for a pre-buy evaluation. We were very impressed by all the vehicles we looked at. They had changed the spark plugs, oil change, new oil and other filters, and one of the cars even had brand new tires. One had some staining on the interior and they actually had the replacement upholstery cover on order. The vehicles themselves were detail cleaned. You can tell that they have pride in the vehicles they sell. The sales gentleman was no pressure, which is my preference. We had an incredible experience at the Knoxville Auto House . I had been searching for a daily driver for a few months when I came across their website and inventory. I typically purchase my vehicles online or in a private sale due to the high sales pressure car buying process . I was pleasantly surprised as I viewed the cars on the lot and paused to look at one car in more detail and I heard the car doors unlock !
