Bought the KNS rotors in July, installed in August and emailed 2 months later. There was a defect in the rotor I overlooked when installing; a pitting hole in the hat of the rotor. KNS deemed safe to drive, however I was offered free shipping if I wanted to replace them. First and last rotors I buy from them.
