Knudtsen Chevrolet Service

I have been a loyal costumer for years. My family members and myself have purchased cars and trucks. When my husband brought my car in for an oil change it was way more expensive then the past. They also changed my oil plug without asking and charged me for that. My bill was $170.00 I was blown away. So I will be going else where from now on. You think you would have some kind of loyal customer charge. So we will not be back.

Following the install of the Dashcam and Rear Camera, I was literally rushed through by the service guy. He said he had a line of people waiting. There was only one other person in the waiting area and nobody was at the service bay counter. There were no verbal or hands on instructions on how to use the system. Even though I asked about directions on how to use, I was told to scan the barcode on a card that was placed inside my vehicle. As of this date, I have still not yet been able to access the camera system. When I try to access the cameras through the OPSIS app, it actually says it’s disconnected. I was told that KNUDTSEN Chevrolet was knowledgeable on the install and use of the OPSIS Stinger cameras. I really expected more from this large Chevrolet dealership. I have been going to T

Knudtsen Chevy Service Department are always professional and trustworthy. The service techs provide video of the service and offer the ability to speak with them if need be....they are busy and still make time to explain things if need be. Thank you!

First of all this dealership will not answer the phone and we left 4 messages no return calls. The service department promised our vehicle on a Friday and after going to the dealership at 2pm they had not even started working on the vehicle. We took the vehicle home. We will never use them again no matter what. Lack of communication and disrespect for our time.
