KOI Auto Parts (Fisher Auto Parts)

These guys are great. Have been there for just minor parts but always available and ready to help and answer all questions.

I didn't go in the store. My mobility scooter broke down in KOI parking lot . The staff were awesome . They helped me get home. I recommend KOI highly. When a store takes the time to help others, they will help their customers with their needs.

Knowledgeable staff who can also give better advice than the younger people you sometimes find at the newer auto-parts stores. Any KOI will steer you right. This one was closest to me.

First of all....let me start by saying that I am NOT a letter writer/reviewer. This is the first online review I have ever given. With that said, I highly recommend you do not waste your time visiting this store for any of your automotive needs, especially when AutoZone is 5 minutes away. I have lived less than 5 minutes away from this KOI store for almost 30 years. The past 4 or 5 times I have visited this store the customer service was horrible...actually there was no customer service. Each time I entered the store no one ever offered to assist me. This last time...and I mean the last time I will ever go to this store, There were 3 employees working. 1 on the phone, 1 on their personal phone and one sitting behind the counter reading a magazine. None of which ever offered to assis

Great store people are friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty well purchased a whole new front end for my truck from them.
