Huge shoutout to Sarah and her crew at Valvoline — hands down the BEST service experience I’ve had in a long time! From the second I pulled in, Sarah was friendly, professional, and completely on top of everything. She runs that place like a well-oiled machine (pun intended 😉). Her team was fast, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was the teamwork and positive energy. You can tell Sarah leads with confidence and respect because her crew works together seamlessly. It felt organized, honest, and genuinely customer-focused — which is rare these days. Shout out to Caden, Damian, and a woman training with Caden whose name I didnt catch. Was getting car worked on, they were extremely kind. Didn't try to push unnecessary services, were helpful with questions I had, and even helped with jumping my car. Thank you all so much, you've made my day better

We adore the store and most everybody that works there.. I have taken all my vehicles and our child's here... Even though we have the option to do it ourselves for a bit cheaper... we go here for convenience and their customer service. They don't pressure you into other purchases but they recommend what's needed and just overall a good location for their stores. We are in Burlington Kentucky....

Quick and thorough. No pressure when being upsold. We were greeted and taken care of by Eric who is both friendly and attentive. Over all in my experience, these places can be hit or miss. This particular location is a hit and We will continue to get are oil changes here. We would also recommend this location to anyone in need of basic maintenance and services for their automobiles.

They did a few extra things for free just as a nice gesture and the woman checking me out was kind and considerate about not "pushing" extras. :) as someone working in sales I appreciate their honesty and customer service beyond everything else.
