Purchased a used Rav4 a few weeks back. Drove a long distance to see the car, and it exceed our expectations. Sam Cho was our salesman. He was great to work with as well as Jayda Lin the Business Manager and Suheil Katan the Finance Manager. Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend Koons Annapolis Toyota!!
The staff of this company are very busy at work. They don’t care about the customer’s vehicle. In order to make money, I changed the oil last year. Their staff set a swap on the front bumper of my car. This summer I went to their company again and I changed the oil. And tire mobile oil theft, engine oil is $73 and tires are $30. But the oil was changed to the tires and the money was collected, but the tires did not help me move.
Scott was very helpful and explained everything about the schedule maintenance on my truck. Scott kept me updated on the status of my truck
Danielle, the estimator in the body shop has always been great at taking care of our three Toyota cars everytime we have body issues!
Avoid the waiting room-it’s miserable. Typically filled with people, both music and TV sounds competing.
