Despite all the old bad reviews I took a chance coming here for a huge scratch on my passenger door and they were amazing. The new manager, Bobby, was great and explained everything. I hope I don’t have any more car troubles, but if I do this will be where I come.

This is how they works. It was a brand new car with a little overpainted factory defect. It will be better to leave a factory defect if I know they will work like this. And this is an official Toyota center with their great manager.

Got the car fixed at this place and had the front hood replaced and painted, now the paint is fading and having issue. I called and asked for detail about service warranty for the paint. The guy kept telling me that the owner changed, the car has the service done twenty year ago. Common learn the math. Then later telling me they dont work with the insurance company i have claimed back then. Next, tell me to talk to the insurance for the warranty. All kind of bullshit excuse to avoid resolving my issue.
