Horrible for service. I had a door latch recall on my car and they held my car for the day. Came back the next day and they never put the bolts back in ANY of the doors! I returned and they told me to come back in a week because they threw out the screws! Then when they got the part in they never called me and I had to reach out to them, after they ignored the phone multiple times with no returned call. Just got another recall on the car and I chose to buy the parts and fix it myself because they'll try to charge me (even though the slip says it's free, they'll find a reason to charge!) or they'll make it massively inconvenient. Please stay away from Koons, they will make your life a nightmare and a half!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at the Koons Ford Service team located on Security Blvd in Baltimore National Pike. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 12/13 at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that it would be best to leave my vehicle overnight and return the next day for pickup, with a promise that I would receive a call. I provided both my work and personal cell numbers to Kevin, the intake specialist, and he even offered me a Lyft home. However, the Lyft driver did not follow the instructions and did not pick me up at the service center. After waiting for 15 minutes, I decided to call for a Lyft on my personal account. Kevin did notice the driver exiting and made an effort to chase after the car, which I appreciated, but the driver did not stop for hi
Bought a car from them, got a decent deal on it. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also had to do repairs on both my cars in their shop and they did a very good job. The only issue with them is high prices of all the services which goes on with any dealerships.
The very helpful and friendly gentlemen in the parts department helped me solve my problem with a cheaper option than I had expected. Better experience than I'm used to from most dealer parts departments.
