LUX AUTO

Bought my new to me 2014 Jaguar F Type from Lux Auto in 2020 and they were a pleasure to work with. I am from Ohio and they are in Maryland and they did everything to send me all the details on the, nice videos, photos, etc everything to make me feel comfortable to make an out of state purchase on a vehicle without ever seeing it in person. Once i showed up to pick up the car it was detailed, filled up, ready for me to test drive the moment i arrived from my 8 hour trip to their location. If you want a nice exotic sports car for a great price from a great company Lux Auto is the place to go!

I live just outside of Jacksonville, Florida. I found a rather unusual color for a BMW X3M on line at Lux Auto. I sent an inquiry, not really expecting much. Aaron and Naji were easy to deal with. Almost everything was done by email. I sent a deposit, they replied with a complete rundown of everything the vehicle came with and its Carfax history. We worked out the deal extremely smoothly. I shipped them my trade and they shipped me my new (to me) car. It was everything they said it was and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Lux Auto.

Aaron and Naji did a great job! They got me into the cleanest S Class with more options than any of the other ones available on the market. I couldn’t have been any happier with my decision. They worked to get me the best rate possible as well.

Highly pleased working with Arron and Naji. I’m so happy with my new vehicle. Process wasn’t lengthy at all and on top was very comfortable throughout this whole process. They have a beautiful fleet of cars in their showroom. Can’t wait to buy another vehicle from them in the near future! Best specs and vehicles are sold here!

This was genuinely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Over the years I've worked with big franchise brand dealerships, used dealerships, Carmax, etc. What really sets Lux apart is that it's staffed by people who are here because they love cars, and that is reflected in both the inventory (which they actually drive themselves) and how they interact with prospective buyers. Getting a test drive was no problem, buying was quick and easy, they found financing at a fantastic rate, and worked with me on things like trade-in timing. Oh, and they delivered the car too. Great place all around.
