Terrible experience at this dealer. Their customer service rep will reach out after a poor review and then just sit you down into their meathead service department to tell you to go pound sand for something warrantee work. Sophia, you were nice. Thank you. Your dealership sucks.
I purchased my Ford high roof cargo van from them. The experience was wonderful thanks to Chris Gibson the sales rep and the financial manager Marwa. I don't feel hustled like other dealerships. I'll definitely go back to them for future vehicle needs.
