I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a brand new Maverick with manufacture defects and have done a horrible job with service and repairs. Seat belt leveler came broke, they didnt properly fix it so it broke again and they didnt fix the cosmetic damages I found when I got home-which they said they would take care of. Overall it has been a horrible experience. Besides wasting time at the dealership for every repair appointment, they do such a crappy job. Even their corporate customer service team was helpless. Now Im stuck with a truck I paid full price that has a bunch of manufacture defects. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a good experience purchasing a 2022 RAV4 hybrid from this location. The salesman Mike that I had was very chill and allowed me to thoroughly test and inspect the vehicle I was interested in without rushing. When I asked to get a pre-purchase inspection from a third-party mechanic, they were very hesitant to do so. They said the vehicle couldn't leave the lot, a mechanic would have to come on site quickly, like same or next day, to do it, and they tried to suggest having their own mechanic inspect the vehicle. They eventually offered a deal to allow the vehicle to be returned & refunded if it didn't pass a post-purchase inspection but thankfully the vehicle was in good condition and didn't need to be returned. Nathan with Koons Sterling Ford was great to work with on getting my truck into the service shop with 0 notice. Nathan was polite and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Not only was he able to help expedite my needs he was also able to provide a courtesy vehicle. Koons Sterling has always treated me with excellent service to include all my vehicle purchases. Even though other dealers are closer to where I live, I will gladly drive 1hr to Koons Sterling for all my vehicle needs! I will not be returning, even though I purchased my truck from them! This was my second service visit since I live in Prince William County. I patd $148, for a oil change and tire rotation! I can stay local and get a better price, instead of driving 40 minutes one way to pay that! No Thanks!
