Kost Tire & Auto Service

EXCELLENT place and customer service. I had an awful morning with waking up to a bolt in my tire and it was completely flat. The first 2 tire places I called gave me the run around. I decided to go to kost and see if they could help patch it or put on new tires if needed. He said he could look at the tire but it would be a little because they were busy, which they clearly were. I left my tire with them and left, not even an hour later they called and had it fixed. EVERYONE was friendly and welcoming unlike the other places and I felt so relieved after. Thank you!

Had an 8:00am appointment for an inspection. Took over 6 hours to get my vehicle back. Nothing wrong with it. Just a simple inspection.

Fantastic and very friendly. Came in with a flooded vehicle and found that my a/c line was clogged and draining into my vehicle. They got me right in and fixed it and leak tested all of the seals on my car. They also replaced a light bulb in my rear bumper. No charge! Pending my next vehicle maintenance appointment in 2 weeks. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I have owned my 2002 Isuzu Rodeo since 2006. For the last ten years the "check engine light" has been always on. I have had this problem addressed 4 times previously. To only accomplish having the "check engine light" off for only 1 day. Yes Tis True. However, I had Kost Tire diagnose and repair for the "check engine light" and they have successfully solved the the issue. Thank you Kost

Edit: I received a call yesterday from Joe from their head office & had a great conversation. He already knew what I was calling about as apparently this event caused quite the stir! After I gave my side of the story & he intently listened, he explained how having tires prorated works (better explanation than the store manager's thats not how it works) and that bc it's a loss, they have to the charge mounting & balancing. Moral of the story, tire warranties are the scam 🤣. Anyway, Joe assured me our conversation didn't fall on deaf ears and refunded the $150 I was charged for mounting & balancing. His & Mike's customer service exceeded expectations, I'm glad I didn't have to put up a fight. The other 2 from the Bloomsburg Store will hopefully learn customer service from this experience. I
