I called yesterday about a slow leak caused by a nail in my tire and was told to bring it by today. When I stopped in around 11:30 a.m., the man at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. He said it would be at least a couple of hours, maybe longer, and acted like I was bothering him just for showing up. He wouldn’t schedule an appointment and expected me to leave my car there all day for a simple tire repair that takes five minutes, and even then, he said he wasn’t sure he’d get to it because “he has a long list of cars ahead of me.” I’ve had tires installed here before. They were more expensive than other places, but I went for the convenience. After today’s experience, I’ll never go back. Go to 10th Street Tire, Sam’s Club, or even Walmart. I recently visited KOST Tire and Auto Service to replace my tires and also get my motor oil changed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the large waiting area made the wait comfortable.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. I arrived a day early and was told to return the following day for service. I was quoted approximately $90 for an oil and filter change with a tire rotation. When I returned, I was informed that my oil filter was sealed and could not be removed without risking damage. I was asked for permission to proceed, even though this issue has never occurred in my previous oil changes. Additionally, I was told my battery was low and that my rear brakes were metal-to-metal, which I found unlikely. I requested that they replace the oil that had been drained and leave the oil filter unchanged, so I could take my car to a dealership with certified mechanics.
