Kozak's Collision & Auto Repair

Absolutely outstanding service! The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was done quickly and at a fair price, with no surprises. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust, but this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Disappointed again! After having a bad experience with the previous owners I decided to give this shop another chance and regretted it instantly. Brought my truck in for a leaking heater core. Price was good and the job was done quickly also provided a loaner which was a plus. Soon as I got home I noticed a few things. First thing I noticed was the ac line Caps were missing. Also noticed a sound coming from the steering wheel. I called the shop they said they would look for the caps and call me back. Never called back. Called back at start of the week was told the AC fill was done at the other location they would have the caps brought over and check the sound coming from the steering wheel. Brought my truck in later that week. When I asked about the sound from the steering wheel he said h

Jeff is one of the best, most positive nicest person I ever met! I wish we all were a little like him brighting up peoples day with his aura! He took so much care about my car and told me precisely everything about my vehicle and everything was to a T in terms Of what’s wrong with it and made me feel better because I asked him if my cars worth fixing and it being a Toyota Prius he made me feel proud to have the car ! I will be solely coming here for all my cars and vehicles and I’ll send my friends and family here because of Jeff! He’s a treasure! I never met any service or person that has the type of positive energy to make someone’s mood so much better ! Kozaks lucky to have him run Kozaks shop! He’s gonna create loyal customer base because people will love him from the getgo!

Jeff was awesome. I had an appointment but I didn't get there until later because I got lost he still pulled me right in and told me everything detail by detail on how things run I was so impressed about the footage that you all provide with pictures and video regarding my vehicle. I spent about 4 hours there although it was long Jeff kept me in good company 😁😁😁 Jeff is awesome. Also may I add the wait area and restroom was very clean.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of the questions I had. Jared the technician is very good and honest. I have sent my sister there also. I trust them and will refer everyone I know there.
