Just got my Silverado back for having new tires out on. They are wonderful every time I come in! Alexis has been a warm addition to the team in Warren being pleasant and easy to speak with while on site. Also the only shop that I trust with the ability to work with large tires 35”+. Mark, the manager is amazing. Excellent customer service. Not only was he very nice, he was thorough in his inspection and explained what the issue was with my car. He Towed my car himself right to the shop. I was impressed to have my car fixed and back the very next morning. Kozak Collision and auto repair Made me feel prioritized and very taken care of. The guys did such a nice job! I had a ton of rust to get worked on and they knocked it out! Great Staff, very fair prices, finished in a timley fashion and did exelent!! Paint looks IDENTICAL to what i have on the old peices. Ill be going back for all my automotive needs.
