Thanks for the Ford Bronco 2025 edition. I was uber mad when you gave me the expedition at first because it is such a big truck, gas guzzling and I have no experience driving huge types of truck. However, I think you ended up seeing things my way eventually and became very pleasant. Thank you. I also left the tank over half full.

Greenway dodge on East colonial in Orlando has EXCELLENT EXPERIENCED Hertz agents. Anthony and Paige were very professional. It had a terrible experience at Longwood agency the week before. Longwood was very rude and NOT customer based. I was about to go to Enterprise.

I rarely write reviews but this Hertz is the best car rental location I have used in a while. The service team is very courteous and professional, they handled my car reservation with speed, highly recommend.

The customer service here is honestly a nightmare. Man working the front desk didn’t know how to handle my reservation through insurance and had me wait for an extra hour when he actually had the reservation in the system the whole time. On top of it all he is very rude to both employees and customers. They simply seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and will take out their frustrations on you. Go literally anywhere else and I promise you’ll have a better experience.

When renting a car through the hertz inside the dealership, stand in the hall or next to the doors. They either won’t call your name or will say it quietly and then cross off your name on the sign in sheet. If you sit down you will not hear your name called
